GINADELL ADAMS SINCE 2023

Ginadell started her career working in the assessor’s office in January of 1990. She was appointed Chief Deputy Assessor in 1992 and remained in that position till elected assessor in November 2022 and took office in January 2023. She is a Level IV Senior Appraiser through the State of Arkansas and has maintained this license through continuing education since 1993.

Ginadell has been married to Frank Adams for thirty-five years and they have two grown sons Ethan and Eli. They are active members of the First United Methodist Church in Forrest City.

As I begin my 34th year working in this office, I am grateful to continue to serve as your assessor. I enjoy the daily work in the office and am thankful to have a wonderful, hard working and caring staff. I am blessed and excited to be serving you as assessor in St. Francis County which has been home all my life.
