Roderick began his employment with Benton County in 2015 when he was hired as Chief Deputy Assessor, and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve the citizens and property owners of Benton County as their elected Assessor. He’s been a Benton County resident since 1987, and a small business owner since 1978.

He’s been actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market for over 34 years, as a certified real property appraiser; a licensed real estate broker & property manager; and now as Benton County Assessor. He’s a State Certified General Appraiser specializing in commercial property valuation and has been valuing both commercial and residential property in Benton and Washington counties since 1988. Prior to establishing his private appraisal practice in 1997, he was the owner and principal broker of the Coldwell Banker (real estate brokerage & property management) office in Bella Vista.
