The Arkansas Assessor’s Association (AAA) is a statewide professional organization comprised of locally elected, constitutionally authorized county assessors. The county assessors primary duty is to administer local ad valorem tax valuations as defined in Arkansas Statutes. AAA utilizes best practices groups, seminars and annual conferences, providing continuing education and legislative updates to its members on a regular basis in an effort to maintain the highest professional standards in the personal property, business personal property and real estate assessment industry.
